Here's one crowd-pleasing, bikini-worthy exercise from the workout: the butt-shaping leg lifts from the leg/mat series:
1. Lie on your stomach, fold your arms and rest your forehead on your hands. Feet are hip-width apart.
2. Pull abs in to prevent the back from arching and lift legs up towards the ceiling as high as you can go.
3. Do 30-40 raises. (When done as part of the butt sculpting series, you'll only do 10 reps!)
